Role overview
Mindrift is seeking an experienced Presentation Designer for the Tendem project, where you will help shape advanced storytelling workflows inside a hybrid AI-and-human production process. The role focuses on turning complex inputs into polished, high-impact presentations and one-pagers.
This is a flexible freelance assignment suited to creative specialists with practical experience in visual communication, information design, and storytelling. You will work alongside Tendem Agents that take care of repetitive work, while you contribute the judgement, domain knowledge, and layout expertise needed for premium-quality deliverables.

What you will do
- Create executive-level pitch decks and tailored one-pagers for specific audiences.
- Transform dense data and complex narratives into clean, easy-to-follow visual stories with strong information hierarchy.
- Improve slides through custom typography, refined motion, and consistent visual styling.
- Maintain a sophisticated presentation style that blends corporate polish with creative flair.
- Check every file carefully for alignment, pacing, brand consistency, and overall presentation quality before handoff.
Tools and working approach
You should be comfortable building presentations in PowerPoint or Keynote, and also working with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma when custom graphics and layouts are needed.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is preferred.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a similar creative field is an advantage.
- Strong command of presentation software such as PowerPoint and Keynote for building complex, animated decks.
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop, or Figma.
- Ability to simplify layered data and structured information into minimalist, easy-to-read visuals.
- Advanced ability in typography and smooth animation for high-end presentation work.
- English level of B2 Upper-Intermediate or higher is required.
- Experience creating premium corporate-style designs with a creative edge.
- Very strong attention to detail and a high standard for visual precision.
- Independent working style with the ability to solve design problems without close supervision.
- A CV that includes a portfolio link showing presentation decks, pitch materials, and data visualization examples is mandatory; applications without this will not be reviewed.

Working time and compensation
The expected workload is about 10 to 20 hours per week during active project periods. This figure is only an estimate and may vary based on project needs.
Compensation can reach up to $50 per hour equivalent, depending on your experience level and work pace. Pay may differ across projects based on scope, complexity, and required expertise.
