Role Overview

As a Front Office Supervisor in Doha, you will lead the daily front desk function and help shape the very first impression each guest receives. The role is centered on delivering warm, memorable hospitality while keeping front office operations organized, efficient, and aligned with the hotel’s service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Housekeeping and Engineering to make sure rooms are ready for arrivals and to resolve any service issues that could affect guest satisfaction.
  • Run shift handovers and briefings so the team is clear on priorities, updates, and goals for the day.
  • Complete administrative and control tasks accurately and on time, including shift reporting, cash management, and audit-related procedures.
  • Help onboard new front desk associates and support ongoing learning through coaching and practical training.
  • Coordinate with Reservations and Revenue Management to support room allocation, availability, and inventory planning.
  • Maintain strong compliance with safety, security, and health procedures in the front desk area.
  • Keep guest flow moving smoothly by monitoring queues and lobby activity.
  • Partner with Concierge and Guest Relations to personalize guest stays and stay ahead of guest needs.
  • Respond to urgent or emergency situations in a calm, effective manner while following hotel policies.
  • Attend departmental discussions and contribute ideas that improve service delivery and operations.
  • Protect guest information by following data privacy rules and brand requirements.
  • Step in as Manager on Duty when needed and make decisions in the absence of senior leaders.
