Description de l'emploi

About the role

Nteractive is looking for a Graphic Designer (2D) to help shape memorable brand experiences for major clients. Based in Surrey, UK, this role follows a hybrid setup with one day per week in the office. The studio sits at the centre of the business, creating work that spans global events, immersive spaces, digital campaigns, and live activations.

In this position, you will support the full creative journey, from early ideas and concept development through to final artwork and production. Your work will cover digital and UX-led design, motion graphics support, print, environmental graphics, and live event branding. You will also contribute to pitches and creative proposals, helping turn ideas into compelling presentations that strengthen new business efforts.

This is a practical, hands-on design role where creativity, craft, and precision will directly influence how brands are experienced by audiences around the world.

What you will do

  • Create ideas and visual concepts that deliver engaging brand experiences across digital, print, and live settings.
  • Turn strategy and brief-led thinking into polished design work across digital, UX, motion, print, and environmental applications.
  • Build artwork, templates, presentations, and assets that are ready for production.
  • Support branding, wayfinding, and customer journey materials for live activations.
  • Research design trends, emerging technology, user behaviour, and innovation to strengthen creative outcomes.
  • Work with the Creative Director and wider team on pitches and new business submissions.
  • Present ideas and design rationale internally and to clients when needed.
  • Coordinate with production and project teams to make sure assets are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Refine work through feedback, testing, learning, and iteration.
  • Help maintain a collaborative, positive, and high-performing creative environment.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in a graphic design role within an agency, events, brand experience, or similar creative environment.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of design for digital, print, and live environments.
  • Experience taking work from concept stage through to final artwork and production.
  • Excellent sense of typography, composition, layout, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once in a fast-moving setting.
  • Confidence when collaborating with teams and presenting creative ideas.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to creative quality.
  • Motion, 3D, or CAD experience would be an advantage, though it is not required.
  • A degree in Graphic Design or a related subject is preferred.

Benefits and perks

  • 33 days of annual leave, including Bank Holidays.
  • Hybrid working with flexibility.
  • Pension contribution of 5% from the employee and 3% from the employer.
  • Private medical insurance and cash plan.
  • Life insurance coverage.
  • Enhanced maternity pay.
  • Wellbeing and inclusion support, including an employee assistance programme.
  • Birthday day off.
  • Summer hours.
  • Volunteering day.
  • Rewards and recognition incentives.
  • Generous employee referral scheme.
  • Opportunity to work with globally recognised technology and lifestyle brands.
  • Exposure to immersive live experiences, digital campaigns, and brand activations.
  • Growth opportunities within a fast-expanding international agency.

Additional requirements

You should be able to work effectively from a suitable home setup when working remotely. The role includes occasional office attendance for collaboration and project delivery. A minimum broadband speed of 25MB download and 2MB upload is required. You must also be willing to travel internationally when needed.
