Role Overview
Join Aspira Pacifica Retirement Living at 2525 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC V4P 0C8 as a Housekeeper in a permanent, full-time onsite role. This position pays $20.86 per hour and is being hired to fill an existing opening. The workweek runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with Saturdays and Sundays off.

What You’ll Do
As part of the housekeeping team, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for residents. The role involves hands-on cleaning work and close coordination with the broader team to support the day-to-day operation of the home.
- Carry out a variety of cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, and spot-cleaning walls, windows, and doors
- Clean and disinfect resident suites, bathrooms, furniture, and shared spaces according to schedules and procedures
- Prepare rooms for incoming residents so they are neat, inviting, and ready for tours or move-ins
- Respect resident privacy and maintain professionalism when working in occupied spaces
- Contribute to the well-being of seniors through dependable, compassionate service
- Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and coworkers
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
What You Need
- Prior experience in housekeeping is mandatory
- Ability to perform a broad range of cleaning tasks and follow established routines
- Strong attention to detail and good customer service skills
- Comfort working in a resident-focused environment with professionalism and discretion
- Reliable, compassionate, and motivated by work that improves quality of life for seniors
- Legal authorization to work in Canada, or a valid work/study permit
- Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check and a Criminal Records Check
