About the Role
Join a team that aims to redefine quick-service dining through responsibly sourced, freshly prepared food. In this kitchen leadership role, you will help deliver a high-quality food experience while supporting a culture built around teamwork, training, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Kitchen Leader, your day-to-day focus will be on preparing food to standard, keeping the back-of-house running smoothly, and helping develop other crew members into future leaders.
- Prepare menu items by cooking and assembling food to order, including grilling meats and sautéing vegetables.
- Maintain food quality by following kitchen processes and product standards.
- Watch inventory, track food usage, and help control waste.
- Address food-quality concerns promptly and appropriately.
- Promote cooperation between kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.
- Coach and support crew members so they can grow into future Kitchen Leaders.
- Communicate clearly with teammates and guests to support excellent service and efficient flow.
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Help ensure sanitation standards are followed consistently.
- Monitor equipment condition and arrange quick repair of any malfunctioning items.
- Support a safe workplace by helping prevent injuries and accidents.
- Complete required safety and inventory documentation, including MSDS forms and FIFO rotation practices.
What We Are Looking For
You should be comfortable leading by example in a busy restaurant setting and able to work with urgency while staying organized. The role also requires strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to help wherever needed.
- Ability to understand and explain the company’s food philosophy.
- Clear speaking, reading, and writing ability in the primary language used at the work location.
- High school diploma.
- Previous restaurant experience.
- At least four days of open availability per week, with at least two of those days falling on Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday.
- Availability for any eight-hour shift on scheduled open days.
- Capacity to work a minimum of 32 hours each week.

Pay Details
The expected hourly pay range for this position is $19.20 to $20.48, depending on skill level, experience, and education, and subject to applicable local wage and hour laws.
