About the role
KRS, part of Kent Relocation Group, is seeking a relocation coordinator to help deliver a high standard of customer service in a fast-growing business supporting people moving within Australia and internationally. The team places strong emphasis on client care, training, development, and a supportive culture, backed by a well-structured coordination system and an experienced leadership team.
Key duties
- Provide warm, attentive support to clients throughout what can be a stressful relocation journey.
- Work closely with suppliers and build strong working relationships to help create an excellent customer experience.
- Respond to client questions, follow up on concerns, and manage escalations with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
- Enter client information carefully and accurately into the company’s IT platform.
About you
This hybrid position is based in Darwin. Experience in client coordination, particularly in relocation or travel, is preferred. A full induction and a 2-week training program are provided to help you settle into the role.
