Role Overview

This is a permanent, full-time position based at the Killorglin, County Kerry facility. The role requires working on site.

Purpose of the Role

The position supports sales, distribution and SAP-related activities. The sales side focuses on ensuring customer orders are completed by monitoring order flow, stock availability and communication with international affiliates. The distribution side helps ensure shipments arrive at the right destination worldwide while keeping costs under control and coordinating logistics service providers. The SAP function supports initiatives across both manufacturing sites, with attention to quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customer service, distribution coordination and administrative activities.
  • Handle customer order processing and related coordination tasks.
  • Track key performance indicators and service level agreements.
  • Contribute to special projects as needed.
  • Carry out transactions in SAP S/4HANA and ECC.
  • Create, update and maintain sales orders.
  • Help ensure service standards are consistently met.
  • Work closely with supply chain teams across functions.
  • Plan daily product shipments.
  • Prepare shipping, delivery and billing paperwork.
  • Share documentation with customers as required.
  • Perform transactions in Rfxcel.

Required Qualifications

A degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or a related discipline is required.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience with SAP SD is preferred.
