Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Riyadh is responsible for managing and improving logistics and supply chain operations. The role supports inventory control, procurement, transport coordination, and distribution while keeping schedules on track, maintaining accurate records, and addressing operational issues quickly and effectively. Clear communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers is essential to deliver dependable service and meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, monitor, and improve supply chain activities such as inventory control, purchasing, shipping, and distribution.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to keep logistics activities running smoothly.
- Organize deliveries and coordinate schedules so project timelines are met.
- Keep logistics documentation and records current, complete, and accurate.
- Spot operational issues early and resolve them promptly to protect efficiency and accuracy.
- Communicate consistently with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Review logistics workflows and suggest practical improvements to raise performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is preferred. Prior exposure to construction, contracting, or a similar industry will be an advantage. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with inventory and supply chain processes, and familiarity with logistics software is beneficial. Strong analytical ability, excellent communication and customer service skills, solid organization, and effective problem-solving are important for success in a busy environment.
