Materials and Process Engineer

Role Overview

This position supports production operations at the plant, with a focus on pouch-making, packaging, and bottle-filling activities. The role involves operating machinery, maintaining product quality, and helping keep production running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and observe pouch-making and packaging equipment during production.
• Inspect output to confirm that sealing and printing meet quality standards.
• Feed raw inputs and packaging rolls into the machines as required.
• Keep the production area clean and follow workplace safety practices.
• Track production output and share machine concerns with the supervisor.
• Support machine setup, routine servicing, and fault diagnosis.
• Work to achieve daily production goals in line with company expectations.
• Set up machinery based on the specifications of each product.
• Make sure bottles are filled to the correct level and sealed properly.
• Identify defective bottles and remove them from the line.
• Maintain production logs and escalate any equipment problems.
