Role Overview
We are looking for an accomplished and driven NDT Coordinator to support an inspection team in Abu Dhabi. This position calls for deep technical knowledge of non-destructive testing, especially radiographic testing, together with strong coordination, communication, and client-handling abilities. The selected professional will help organize inspection work, work closely with customers, manage inspection staff, and support the smooth delivery of ongoing inspection and shutdown assignments.
Key Responsibilities
The role focuses on coordinating inspection execution and ensuring resources, people, and schedules are aligned for project delivery.
Requirements
Candidates should bring extensive hands-on experience in inspection and non-destructive examination, along with the technical and interpersonal capabilities needed to manage client-facing coordination work.
- A minimum of 8 years of verified experience in inspection and non-destructive examination.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a closely related field.
- Current ASNT Level II certification.
- Strong working knowledge of radiographic testing methods.
- Prior involvement in in-service inspection and shutdown projects in the oil and gas sector.
- Solid client management skills and the ability to maintain productive customer relationships.
- Capability to plan, schedule, and coordinate inspection activities and project resources effectively.
- Comfort in leading technical discussions and representing inspection matters in client meetings.
- Well-developed communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join immediately.
