Role overview
We are hiring a full-time On-site Coordinator for a Wellingborough-based 3PL client. This role sits at the heart of the site operation and is suited to someone who brings the right attitude, strong people skills, and relevant experience in recruitment, payroll, planning, or team leadership. Full training will be provided.
The position is based in Wellingborough, England, United Kingdom (NN8 6BT).
Working pattern
This is a Monday to Friday role totaling 40 hours per week, scheduled between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. Flexibility across shifts and hours is required.
Salary
The annual salary for this position is £27,000.
Key responsibilities
- Track daily attendance and share updates with the operations team.
- Welcome new starters and handle their questions or concerns.
- Work closely with the onsite manager and wider site team.
- Run registration sessions in line with the site recruitment plan.
- Collect and process worker hours through the company payroll system.
- Communicate rotas to warehouse colleagues and arrange shifts where needed.
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Clear communication and solid organizational ability.
- Prior experience in a team leader, consultant, coordinator, or resourcer role.
- People management capability.
- A flexible approach to shift patterns and working hours.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, socially confident attitude with resilience and a willingness to take on challenges.
