Role Overview
YB Holdings is looking for a seasoned Operations Manager in the United Arab Emirates who can improve efficiency, strengthen execution, and support business growth through effective operational leadership.

Position: Operations Manager
Location: United Arab Emirates
Work mode: On-site with hybrid flexibility available

What You Will Do
- Keep day-to-day business activities running smoothly so productivity and efficiency remain high.
- Create, refine, and roll out operational procedures, policies, and practical best practices.
- Track how operations are performing and lead ongoing improvement efforts.
- Control budgets, allocate resources wisely, and manage operating expenses.
- Guide and support cross-functional teams so they can deliver on business goals.
- Review operational data and turn it into clear performance reports for senior leadership.
- Make sure all work follows company rules, relevant regulations, and safety requirements.
- Work closely with other teams to improve workflows and enhance service delivery.
What We Are Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Previous experience in operations management, business operations, or another similar leadership position.
- Well-developed leadership, planning, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with performance management, process optimization, and KPI monitoring.
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and ERP or other business management software.
