Role Overview
This full-time onsite Optician role in Singapore is centered on eye care services, optical product recommendations, and day-to-day store support. The position calls for a professional who can combine clinical competence with strong customer service while contributing to retail operations.
Key Duties
- Carry out refraction and eye tests for customers aged 8 years and above.
- Advise customers on appropriate lenses, frames, and other optical solutions based on their needs.
- Handle contact lens fitting and explain post-fitting care guidance.
- Support dispensing work, edging processes, and product adjustments.
- Provide courteous, high-quality service with a customer-first approach.
- Help manage routine daily activities in the retail outlet.
