Anvik Technologies is looking for a professional who can establish and operate a well-governed Power Platform maker ecosystem. The goal is to let business teams build their own solutions safely, while keeping enterprise controls in place. This position blends hands-on platform work with program-level enablement, including environment design, governance, citizen-developer operating model setup, and community growth. Success in this role means delivering more business value through makers while maintaining security, cost discipline, and quality.

About the Role

This position centers on building the foundation for a scalable, controlled, and business-friendly Power Platform environment. The role covers platform setup, governance, adoption, and coordination with key enterprise stakeholders to ensure makers can innovate without creating risk.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the environment strategy for Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, including separation of development, test, and production environments, as well as default and managed environments.
• Create and run the process for requesting and provisioning environments.
• Build the consumption, billing, and FinOps approach, including licensing and pay-as-you-go models, capacity planning, cost allocation to business units, and budget oversight.
• Oversee access controls and training paths so business users are granted appropriate roles and are prepared to build responsibly.
• Set up tenant configuration, connectors, and data loss prevention policies to serve as the technical base for the program.
• Define clear governance boundaries for citizen developers, including what they may build, which data and connectors they can use, and when IT support or approval is required.
• Implement monitoring and alerting across environments to identify usage trends, suspicious behavior, orphaned apps, and policy breaches.
• Establish and manage the application lifecycle process, covering source control, solution promotion, version management, and retirement of solutions, so work remains supportable and auditable.
• Maintain the right balance between accessibility and control, encouraging adoption while preventing shadow IT, data leakage, and platform sprawl.
• Segment the maker audience into groups such as casual makers, business champions, and pro-developer partners, and tailor onboarding accordingly.
• Create onboarding experiences that help new makers move quickly from interest to productive, governed use with little friction.
• Develop reusable assets such as components, templates, and reference solutions that speed up delivery and reduce duplicate effort.
• Align all technical and governance decisions with Enterprise Architecture, IT Security, and Legal so their requirements are built into the environment, DLP, and ALM design from the start.
• Serve as the link between business needs and IT standards by translating governance expectations into guidance that makers can realistically follow.

Requirements

• Proven experience combining practical technical delivery with strategic maker enablement in enterprise settings; this requirement is mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, including environment administration, connectors, and DLP.
• Hands-on experience creating governance frameworks, ALM practices, and FinOps models for low-code platforms at scale.
• Demonstrated success in building and expanding maker or citizen-developer communities and onboarding programs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architecture, security, and legal teams across functions.
