Position Overview
The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) is hiring a Program Manager to support the Naval Air Systems Command HQ-OSF. In this role, you will oversee delivery of an assigned product while staying within the approved limits for cost, schedule, technical scope, and support requirements.
Key Duties
- Lead the assigned product or program segment so that it is delivered within the approved cost, timeline, technical, and support parameters.
- Review needs and translate them into clear requirements that support program planning and initiative development.
- Build detailed program plans that satisfy requirements, maintain budget alignment, and support expected progress milestones.
- Assess acquisition-related activities tied to the program.
- Use delegated management authority to guide the Integrated Program Team across all stages of the program.
- Handle the planning and execution of a long-term acquisition effort that may shift because of changing mission priorities, evolving technology, and funding changes.
