About the Company
Ernie Events is an energetic events business that delivers corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, and product launches. The team is focused on turning ambitious concepts into memorable live experiences.
Role Overview
The Project Coordinator will play a central role in event delivery, keeping projects organised, teams in sync, and clients well informed. You will support every stage of the event journey, from the initial brief through to final wrap-up, while working closely with the Senior Project Manager.
Key Duties
- Manage several projects at once, keeping an eye on schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate regularly with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain clear and effective communication.
- Create and update run sheets, project plans, and event-related documentation in detail.
- Assist with planning and on-site delivery of corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Monitor action items and follow through to ensure momentum across projects.
- Spot potential issues early and work quickly to resolve them.
Working Arrangements
This is a full-time, office-based role in Mornington, Victoria. Usual working days are Monday to Friday, although some after-hours and weekend work may be needed during event periods. From time to time, interstate travel will also be part of the role. The position is salaried and pay will depend on experience. A part-time arrangement may be considered for the right candidate.
