Role Overview

This position is responsible for managing the recruitment function end to end, starting with sourcing candidates and continuing through onboarding. The role works closely with stakeholders across the business to support hiring needs and timely decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and hire high-caliber talent across the Middle East region, from junior professionals up to director level.
  • Own the complete recruitment cycle from first contact through to onboarding.
  • Coordinate daily with stakeholders and hiring managers to align recruitment activity with business priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Support hiring managers and directors in making important recruitment decisions.
  • Conduct candidate screenings, manage follow-ups, negotiate salary expectations, and build lasting candidate relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through a variety of sourcing channels.
  • Keep the applicant tracking system accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare reports and tracking tools, and recommend ways to improve recruitment processes.
  • Create LinkedIn pipeline projects for open roles and engage candidates through a LinkedIn Recruiter account.
  • Continuously improve the candidate journey and overall experience.
  • Strengthen and promote Turner & Townsend’s employer brand.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A BSc or BA degree is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is needed, ideally in the construction sector.
  • Prior work experience in the Middle East is mandatory.
  • Experience using ATS platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred.
  • Strong communication, networking, verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities are essential.
  • Good analytical ability and strong attention to detail are required.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and use sound judgment is important.
  • A strong commitment to confidentiality is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
