About the role
WSi Healthcare Personnel is hiring a Recruiter-Account Manager to support its expanding team. This position blends recruitment, sales, and account management in a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment. The person in this role will identify and place healthcare professionals, build new client relationships, and manage ongoing accounts to ensure strong service delivery and client satisfaction. The role calls for initiative, strong communication, and a genuine interest in developing productive professional relationships.
Qualifications
The preferred candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline. Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or sales is helpful but not essential. Success in this role depends on strong people skills, clear communication, the ability to work independently and in a team, and a goal-driven approach. Comfort with technology platforms, applicant tracking tools, and social media-based sourcing will be an advantage. The ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities and stay positive under pressure is also important.
Responsibilities
- Find and attract qualified healthcare professionals to fill staffing needs across multiple care settings.
- Build and sustain relationships with both prospective and existing clients while learning their hiring needs and proposing suitable staffing options.
- Review candidates through screening and interviews to evaluate fit, background, and experience for specific assignments.
- Work with healthcare facilities to ensure onboarding and placement happen smoothly.
- Use sound judgment to make timely decisions about candidate fit, pay, and scheduling.
- Leverage technology tools and social platforms to maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Support business growth efforts that help increase market presence and revenue.
- Partner with teammates to achieve recruitment goals and improve overall business performance.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of client and candidate interactions while following applicable compliance requirements.
