Role overview
This position is for a Recruitment Coordinator supporting the EMEA region in London. The role is central to delivering an excellent experience for candidates from the first touchpoint through interviews and onboarding, while also representing the employer brand in a professional, candidate-focused way.
What you will do
- Coordinate interviews and assist with candidate onboarding, while keeping the overall candidate journey smooth and positive.
- Act as a dependable point of contact for recruiters and interviewers, providing timely, clear, and supportive communication.
- Help maintain a recruiting process that is organized, efficient, and informed by data.
- Contribute to improvements that make hiring easier, more seamless, and more pleasant for candidates.
- Serve as a knowledgeable go-to person by learning the business, internal processes, and ways of working well enough to guide others effectively.
What you should bring
- A strong focus on the candidate experience, with a professional, friendly, and considerate approach.
- Clear and respectful communication skills in English.
- Fluency in another European language is an added advantage.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
