What the role involves
Reporting to the Retail and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for putting sales plans into action, raising customer service standards, improving KPI performance, and finding better ways to streamline retail operations. You will also act as the main contact for operational, sales, and HR escalation matters in your region.
Key duties

- Introduce and support initiatives that increase in-store performance, such as SWAPS, loyalty sign-ups, and customer engagement.
- Control labour spending to stay within wage budgets.
- Oversee store readiness and compliance through internal audits and operating standards.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards that align with marketing guidance.
- Roll out company directives, policies, and communications across all stores and ensure they are followed.
What we are looking for
The right candidate will bring retail leadership experience at a state level, along with strong coaching ability and a track record of developing teams. You should be highly focused on results, customer experience, operational discipline, and people management.
Benefits
- Monday to Friday roster.
- 70% employee discount on Kaisercraft-branded products.
- Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Supportive, family-focused workplace culture.
- Opportunity to grow with a well-established Australian business that is expanding.
Additional information
