Description de l'emploi
Role Overview
This is a long-term remote receptionist opportunity for candidates who can handle high-volume, performance-driven work. The role centers on answering incoming calls, booking appointments, calming upset callers when needed, and taking care of administrative duties in a busy environment. Every call is recorded and reviewed regularly for quality, so consistency and professionalism are essential.
Alternative Non-Voice Option
If your background is a better match for administrative support than phone-based customer interaction, a non-voice position may be available depending on fit and current opening availability.
Working Schedule and Expectations
The position requires a fixed 7-day schedule with 6 working hours each day, aligned with Central Standard Time (CST). Candidates should be prepared to maintain steady availability and respond promptly, especially because selected applicants are expected to hear back within 24 hours. If communication is delayed, the employer may continue with other applicants.
Application Instructions
Applicants must reply by copying the questions provided in the job post into their response and answering each one in detail. As part of the screening process, you may need to provide your current location in the Philippines, your backup plans for internet or power outages, a screenshot of your internet speed, examples of prior work, two short voice recordings, details about other jobs or commitments, your preferred pay rate, and your earliest possible start date.
Assessment Details
The requested voice samples include one recording that shows how you would book an appointment from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM for a total of $60, and another recording that demonstrates how you would deal with a double billing issue for a 90-minute massage where the client sees two charges of $90 and asks for a refund.
You will also be asked to describe three tasks you have personally completed at least 100 times in a real job, including the exact steps you followed, the tools or systems you used, and the result. In addition, you should explain three tasks you believe you could independently handle during your first week if hired, as well as the heaviest workload you have managed in a single day or week, using specific numbers and context. A short personal introduction and a summary of the strengths that make you stand out are also required.
Additional Notes
This is a quality-focused role with recorded calls and routine audits. Strong communication, accuracy, responsiveness, and the ability to work under pressure are important. Candidates who are not suited to voice work may still be considered for a non-voice administrative role if one is available.
