The organization supports skill development and offers villa discounts so employees can enjoy the kind of stays they help deliver.Role OverviewAs a Resort Manager - Facility Management Services, you will be responsible for guest satisfaction, readiness of the property, and supervision of on-site teams such as housekeeping, cooks, butlers, security staff, and gardeners. The role involves managing daily operations, upkeep, stock control, SOP compliance, and coordination with guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders. You will also oversee budgeting, financial tracking, and guest delight initiatives to maintain a smooth and high-quality service experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee housekeeping, maintenance, and all support staff to ensure smooth property operations.Coordinate timely inspections and repairs with AMC vendors, OEMs, and technicians.Implement SOPs consistently and manage inventory, records, and financial controls.Maintain compliance with applicable safety norms, including fire and electrical safety.Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve operational issues.Keep accurate documentation for equipment servicing, maintenance activity, and incident reporting.Ensure the property remains clean, well-maintained, and aligned with service standards.Take on additional responsibilities related to owner and guest management as required by business needs.Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate should be comfortable leading operations in a hospitality environment and ensuring strong guest satisfaction. You should be able to manage teams effectively, handle vendor coordination, and maintain detailed operational oversight.Additional Requirements and PreferencesMinimum 3 to 4 years of experience in hospitality or guest services, with exposure to operations and guest satisfaction.Comfort with managing housekeeping, maintenance, and support teams.Practical understanding of SOP execution, stock management, and financial monitoring.Awareness of statutory requirements related to fire and electrical safety.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to maintain logs, servicing records, and incident documentation accurately.Focus on cleanliness, service quality, and property standards.Having access to a personal two-wheeler or four-wheeler is an added advantage.Performance ExpectationsKeep guest experience issues at 3-star ratings or below within the expected threshold.Manage guest registration-related tasks such as indemnity, document collection, booking queries, and guest communication.Ensure owner feedback remains at least neutral.Complete the FM operations tracker on time, including inventory, AMC updates, vendor payments, and daily tracking.Maintain a mystery audit average above 80% across assigned properties each month.Work Culture and CompetenciesStayVista values curiosity, customer focus, resourcefulness, continuous learning, trust, enjoyment, and teamwork.
