In this role, you will help create a welcoming guest experience by providing smooth and reliable shuttle transportation. Beyond driving, the position is about offering hospitality, ensuring guests feel cared for from pick-up to drop-off, and contributing to memorable stays.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests on arrival, assist with luggage, and load it onto the shuttle in a careful and courteous manner while following Hilton’s service standards.
- Maintain a polished personal appearance, keep the vehicle clean, and drive with strong attention to safety at all times.
- Use solid knowledge of the hotel’s services, room categories, pricing, offers, and local area details to support guest questions.
- Handle guest requests promptly and thoughtfully, resolve concerns with urgency, and manage messages and communication effectively.
