Role Overview
Calvin Klein is hiring a full-time Stock Supervisor for its Westgate store in Auckland. This role supports the Store Manager in keeping stock operations running smoothly, with a strong focus on inventory control, delivery processing, floor readiness, stock movement, and reducing shrinkage.
What the Role Involves
- Partner with the Store Manager to keep all stockroom and inventory processes efficient and well organised.
- Handle incoming deliveries and make sure merchandise is prepared and ready for the sales floor.
- Oversee the movement of stock in and out of the store.
- Take action to reduce stock loss and maintain accurate inventory flow.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within retail apparel or customer service.
- Proven ability to work toward performance targets such as sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average sale value, shrinkage, and mystery shop results.
- Strong communication and people leadership skills, with confidence in recruiting, coaching, mentoring, and motivating a team.
- High attention to detail, with hands-on experience in stock control and visual merchandising.
- An entrepreneurial approach with the ability to spot opportunities for growth.
- Energetic, authentic, and positive in manner and attitude.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
