Role Overview
This position is for an experienced store leader who will oversee the day-to-day performance of a single location. The role focuses on running operations smoothly, guiding team members, meeting financial targets, and delivering an excellent guest experience.

What You Will Do
You will be responsible for the overall performance of one store. Your work will include recruiting, leading, and directing associates so that business goals are met while guests receive consistently strong service.
To help set you up for success, an 8-week-or-longer store leadership training program will be provided.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
The work setting can be demanding and fast-paced. Food preparation areas may be hot, noisy, and crowded, with steam, kitchen fumes, limited storage, and shelving placed high. Team members are expected to stay on their feet for long periods, work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy, and handle both hot and cold food items and kitchen tools such as a Chinese chef knife.
This role may require lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for up to four hours, and reaching across 36-inch countertops while serving customers. Strong verbal communication, the ability to adjust to shifting priorities, and skill in handling conflict and difficult situations are important.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $33 to $36 per hour. Actual pay will depend on factors such as work location and experience. Bonus payments are not guaranteed and may be modified or ended at any time without notice.
