Role overview
This position focuses on supporting day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations so goods, materials, and information move efficiently. You will partner with internal teams and outside vendors to help keep transportation, inventory flow, and order fulfillment running smoothly.
What you will do
- Help coordinate logistics and supply chain activities that support routine operations
- Monitor shipment movement, delivery timelines, and order completion status
- Keep logistics and inventory records accurate and up to date
- Assist with stock tracking and inventory coordination
- Stay in contact with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to share updates and resolve issues
- Support shipping, receiving, and transportation documentation
- Spot possible delays, risks, or operational gaps and report them promptly
- Help compile logistics information and prepare basic reports
- Contribute to process reviews and improvement efforts aimed at better efficiency and cost control
- Follow internal procedures and supply chain guidelines to support compliance
What we are looking for
- Strong coordination and organization abilities
- Comfort managing several tasks and priorities at the same time
- High attention to detail, especially for records and data entry
- Working knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
- Ability to use spreadsheets, logistics software, or ERP tools
