Supply Chain Management Manager

Role Overview

A well-established organization in the construction industry is seeking an accomplished Supply Chain Manager to oversee the full supply chain lifecycle. The position covers planning, sourcing, purchasing, warehousing, and logistics, with a strong focus on keeping materials available, controlling stock, strengthening supplier outcomes, and improving day-to-day efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct forecasting, supply planning, and inventory balancing activities.
• Build and run the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) workflow.
• Handle the complete procurement process, from vendor sourcing and negotiation to contracting and supplier performance follow-up.
• Supervise warehouse and logistics functions to support effective storage, movement, and distribution of materials.
• Track supply chain performance indicators, including stock rotation, inventory accuracy, supplier results, and working capital use.
• Lead initiatives that reduce costs and improve processes across procurement and logistics.
• Manage and coach supply chain teams while encouraging coordination across business functions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a similar discipline, along with 9 to 10 years of experience in supply chain operations covering planning, procurement, and warehouse management. Strong exposure to supplier handling, inventory planning, and logistics is essential. Professional credentials such as CIPS, CSCP, CPIM, or PMP are considered a strong advantage.
