Overview
This position sits within a global supply chain network that spans more than 300 manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and other facilities supporting direct sales, marketing, and distribution activity. The broader goal is to help the business grow by improving operational efficiency, delivering service excellence, and building customer trust through dependable supply chain execution.
Role Summary
The team is looking for a careful, data-driven Supply Planner who can help keep inventory at the right levels, align supply with demand, and support smooth day-to-day supply chain operations. This opportunity is intended for professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or inventory-related functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update supply plans so customer demand is met without carrying unnecessary inventory.
- Track stock positions closely and arrange replenishment on time to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Work with procurement, logistics, and demand planning teams to keep plans aligned across functions.
- Review data and prepare reports covering inventory performance, service levels, and possible supply risks.
- Spot supply bottlenecks and suggest practical corrective actions.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in planning processes and tools.
- Keep planning parameters and inventory master data accurate and current.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a similar field.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, or a comparable role.
- Strong ability to analyze information and solve problems.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP or Iscala is an advantage.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of supply chain flow and planning principles.
- Exposure to forecasting methods and inventory optimization.
- Understanding of metrics such as service level, fill rate, and inventory turnover.
