Role Overview
This role is for a technically capable Business Analyst who can connect business objectives with technology delivery. The selected professional will partner with senior business stakeholders and engineering teams to improve systems, streamline operations, and build processes that can scale for a fast-growing residential solar business serving the US market.
Work Location and Schedule
The position is based in Mohali and requires working from the office. The working shift is Monday to Friday, 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is ₹14 LPA to ₹18 LPA.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves collecting and interpreting business requirements, converting them into technical specifications, collaborating with engineering teams on product development, and analyzing workflows across CRM, ERP, APIs, middleware, and web applications. It also includes defining acceptance criteria, controlling scope, assessing system impact, identifying integration and process improvements, and assisting leadership with prioritization and change management.
Required Experience and Skills
Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Analyst. A strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems, APIs, data modelling, middleware, and end-to-end system workflows is needed. The role also calls for experience working with engineering and product teams, familiarity with JavaScript and integration layers, and strong capability in documentation, process mapping, SOP creation, and KPI management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Preferred Background
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, or similar CRM/ERP platforms is preferred. Exposure to cloud-based or serverless environments, as well as experience in solar, field services, logistics, fintech, or other operations-led businesses, will be an advantage. Prior work with international stakeholders is also valued.
