The role covers the full recruitment cycle for technology positions serving US-based clients. You will be responsible for finding candidates, assessing their fit, conducting interviews, arranging feedback, and moving selected candidates through to offer closure. The position also requires close coordination with hiring and account managers, managing interview schedules across time zones, and making sure candidates have a smooth and positive experience.Key dutiesOn a day-to-day basis, you will interpret client hiring needs, draft and publish job descriptions, search for talent through job boards, social platforms, and professional networks, and keep a healthy candidate pipeline active. You will also negotiate offers, track recruitment activity accurately in the ATS, and stay informed about hiring trends, pay benchmarks, and in-demand IT competencies.Qualifications and expectationsThe ideal candidate should have strong end-to-end recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing hires. Experience in IT or technical recruiting is important, along with the ability to understand technical role requirements and discuss them clearly. You should be comfortable evaluating candidate suitability, managing interview coordination, and handling offer discussions.Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams are important. Familiarity with US staffing practices, US time zones, and work authorization categories such as US citizens, Green Card holders, and visa holders is preferred. You should also be comfortable using ATS tools, job portals, and professional networking platforms, and be able to work in a fast-moving, target-oriented environment while managing multiple open requirements and deadlines.
