About the Role
Design Match is seeking a UX/UI Designer to help shape polished, intuitive digital products. In this role, you will work closely with a collaborative team to build user-focused experiences that combine strong visual quality with smooth functionality. The position is centered on turning ideas into effective design solutions that improve engagement and user satisfaction.
You will contribute from early concepts through final delivery, bringing creativity, precision, and a user-first mindset to the design process. This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment that values innovation, teamwork, and ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers and developers to design interfaces that are clear, practical, and easy to use.
- Run user research and usability tests to validate design choices and strengthen the overall experience.
- Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed mockups that clearly communicate design direction.
- Keep up with new design approaches, tools, and trends so products remain modern and competitive.
- Refine designs using input from colleagues and users until the best solution is reached.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working in UX/UI design, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Hands-on experience with design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Good understanding of user-centered design methods and industry best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with teams and clients.
- Ability to juggle several projects at once while meeting deadlines in a high-paced setting.
