About the internship
This internship is with Zendo India, a premium managed marketplace focused on warehouse leasing and industrial real estate. The company works with businesses, manufacturers, 3PL providers, and multinational firms to help them find verified industrial spaces in more than 25 cities across India, and it supports the transaction from the first enquiry through to deal closure.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain a target list of corporates, 3PL operators, and MNCs in logistics, FMCG, e-commerce, auto, and pharma, along with an organized outreach tracker.
- Start and develop business conversations with senior decision-makers using LinkedIn, email, and industry-specific platforms.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, logistics conferences, and networking sessions.
- Create strong company presentations and property proposals for large industrial assets valued at ₹50 crore and above.
- Prepare the founder for senior-level client meetings and handle follow-up communication after the meetings.
- Log customer interactions, pipeline updates, and outreach results in the internal CRM system.
- Support the founder in positioning Zendo as a preferred real estate partner for large corporates and MNCs across India.

Additional requirements
- MBA students or recent MBA graduates from institutions such as IIM, NMIMS, IMT, XLRI, SIBM, Fore School, BIMTECH, Great Lakes, MDI, or an equivalent institute are preferred.
- Candidates doing this as part of a compulsory 6-month final-semester industry project or dissertation are especially encouraged.
- Applicants with no experience as well as those with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Strong written and spoken English communication is essential.
- You should be confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking with senior professionals.
- Basic working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and LinkedIn is required.

Compensation
The internship stipend is ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month. If converted into a permanent role, the expected annual salary is ₹10,00,000 to ₹18,00,000.
