About the Internship
Join Solo Beauty UAE as a customer success management intern and build practical experience in customer operations for an international beauty brand. The role focuses on delivering a smooth customer journey by handling inquiries, bookings, follow-ups, and support through multiple communication channels. It is well suited to people who enjoy working with customers, solving issues quickly, and developing lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions through calls, WhatsApp, chat, email, and other channels.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, changes, and customer requests.
- Track and follow up with leads and existing customers to keep the experience seamless.
- Address customer issues quickly and work with internal teams when coordination is needed.
- Record and maintain customer details in the CRM system.
- Contribute to customer engagement and retention efforts.
- Support the operations team during evening business hours to keep daily activities running smoothly.
Who Can Apply
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, able to begin between 26 June 2026 and 31 July 2026, and able to commit for 6 months. Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Good interpersonal ability and a customer-first mindset.

- Basic working knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Previous exposure to customer support or customer-facing roles is helpful but not required.

Stipend
Monthly stipend of INR 15,000.
Work Schedule
In-office hours: 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM IST, with flexibility. Work from home hours: 7:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST, mandatory.
Additional Information
Successful conversion to a permanent role may come with an annual salary of INR 300,000. The internship offers practical exposure to customer success and operations in an international business, along with mentorship from experienced professionals and a potential pre-placement offer based on performance.
