About the RoleEverwall is hiring a full-time account manager to work closely with both small businesses and major global brands such as Microsoft, Konica Minolta, HP, Vizient, Aruba, Autodesk, Avalara, B&H Photo, Cisco, Docker, Hyatt, Intel, Intuit, Johnson & Johnson, and others. The company is a social media display platform that helps clients make events and venues more engaging while delivering dependable service and a smooth customer experience.What You’ll DoThis role combines sales and service, with a strong tilt toward customer support. You will act as the main point of contact for the accounts you manage, communicate with clients by email, phone, screen sharing, and sometimes in person, and help them run successful events.Your work will include collecting event information, passing it to designers, sharing mockups with clients, organizing the final social wall build, and staying available during the event to help with any issues or requests, usually from a remote setting while remaining reachable by phone, email, and SMS.When you are not supporting existing full-service customers, you will contribute to sales and business development by finding clients with upcoming events and assisting with other customer service needs. The focus is on helping people first and creating a great experience; the sales outcome is expected to follow from that approach.Required ProfileYou should be ready to learn the product in depth so that you can answer questions about Everwall’s features and capabilities accurately and confidently. Strong computer and administrative ability, solid written and spoken communication, careful organization, and a high level of attention to detail are essential.The role also calls for excellent customer service instincts, good calendar management across multiple time zones, the ability to work well with a team, disciplined time management, multitasking ability, honesty, maturity, trustworthiness, and strong follow-up habits. You must have a quiet environment for calls and dependable internet connectivity for product demonstrations.Preferred BackgroundExperience in events, audio/visual work, customer service, sales, marketing, or business development is helpful but not mandatory.Compensation and BenefitsThe position offers a competitive base salary along with strong bonuses and commissions, including recurring commission on subscription renewals. The first stage of engagement is always as a contractor. The selection process includes an initial application, a conference call to assess fit and communication style, a contractor training/trial period of three to six months, and then a transition to full-time employee status if the trial is successful.Other DetailsYou can work from anywhere in the world.
