Role Overview
This position supports store leadership in running a high-standard beauty retail environment in Doha. The role focuses on day-to-day operations, team coordination, sales delivery, customer service, inventory control, and maintaining premium brand presentation across the floor.
Store Operations and Customer Experience
- Help manage daily store routines, including store opening and closing, grooming compliance, tester cleanliness, and overall readiness of the sales floor.
- Guide Beauty Advisors and Specialists on consultation methods and how to communicate product stories effectively.
- Respond to customer questions in a professional manner while upholding the brand’s service expectations.
- Support the rollout of SOPs, hygiene standards, and store discipline.
Sales Performance and Commercial Support
- Assist the Store Manager in delivering key business targets such as sales, conversion, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and customer retention.
- Track product movement, stock availability, and replenishment needs to keep important items in store.
- Support in-store events, promotions, consultations, and beauty-focused activations.
- Review daily sales performance and help shape actions to improve results.
Team Coaching and Development
- Support the leadership, motivation, and accountability of Beauty Advisors, Specialists, and Cashiers.
- Coach team members on the shop floor, strengthen product knowledge, and provide practical feedback.
- Assist with training related to new launches, beauty routines, and service quality.
- Help build a positive, collaborative, and customer-oriented team environment.
Inventory, Visual Merchandising, and Store Standards
- Assist with stock control tasks such as replenishment, shrinkage reduction, and expiry monitoring using FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Ensure displays and planograms follow visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
- Work with supply chain partners to support timely product availability.
- Maintain accurate records, cash-handling discipline, and readiness for audits.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a similar field is preferred.
- Experience of 2 to 4 years in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail is preferred, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, consultation approaches, and customer service expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to support KPIs, improve team output, and maintain operational quality.
- Good communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with high standards for presentation.
- Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving, launch-led retail setting.
- Familiarity with POS platforms, stock systems, and retail reporting tools.
