You should be comfortable working with networked AV systems, wireless audio, and digital signal processing. The job requires calm problem-solving skills, strong accuracy, and the ability to stay effective under pressure during live events. A polished, client-oriented manner is essential, along with clear spoken communication and the confidence to work in a front-facing role.
This position also calls for a self-motivated approach, a willingness to exceed expectations, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Time off in lieu is provided for additional hours worked.
