About the internship

This remote internship is centered on client operations, recruiter outreach, and coordination support. You will work with clients to understand their job search objectives, preferred roles, background, and expected outcomes, then help connect them with suitable hiring opportunities.

The role also involves contacting recruiters, hiring managers, startups, and other companies to open up interview and employment possibilities for clients. A major part of the work includes following up on responses, monitoring hiring stages, and keeping communication organized between clients and recruiters.

You will also assist in presenting client profiles effectively, mapping relevant opportunities to candidate backgrounds, and keeping accurate records of outreach, recruiter contacts, applications, and progress updates. In addition, the internship supports business development and partnership efforts by identifying hiring prospects and startup collaborations.

Responsibilities

Understand each client’s job search goals, preferred roles, experience level, and expected outcomes.
Reach out to recruiters, hiring managers, startups, and companies to generate interview and job prospects.
Handle recruiter outreach through LinkedIn, email, job portals, and direct communication channels.
Track follow-ups, recruiter replies, interview movement, and hiring status updates.
Keep coordination seamless between clients and recruiters by managing timelines, communication, and documentation.
Support profile positioning, opportunity matching, and identification of suitable openings based on client backgrounds.
Maintain well-organized records of outreach efforts, recruiter databases, applications, and client progress.
Assist with business development and partnerships by spotting hiring opportunities and startup collaboration possibilities.

Eligibility

This internship is open only to candidates who can work from home, are able to begin between 3rd Jul'26 and 7th Aug'26, can commit for 3 months, and have relevant skills and interest in the role.

Requirements

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Comfort handling professional conversations over calls, LinkedIn, email, and messaging tools.
Ability to manage multiple clients, follow-ups, and recruiter interactions at the same time.

Compensation and perks

The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 3,500 to 5,000. Additional benefits include a certificate, a letter of recommendation, and flexible work hours.
