Role Overview
This position focuses on managing client relationships, supporting customer service operations, and coordinating across internal teams to deliver service that aligns with customer needs and company processes.
Responsibilities
- Support the customer service team in handling major client issues and escalations.
- Maintain strong client connections through email, phone, and in-person communication.
- Create effective working relationships with customers as well as operational teams.
- Coordinate across multiple functions to align Marken teams and agents with customer needs, network rules, and internal processes.
- Handle client requests for higher service levels or enhanced shipment monitoring.
- Work with client logistics teams to design and implement solutions for new business needs in line with Marken guidelines.
- Join client meetings on a regular basis to review program progress, service concerns, and related issues.
- Investigate shipment performance incidents in coordination with Global Key Account, QC, and QA teams.
- Prepare performance reports by pulling and analyzing data from Maestro and other systems.
- Convert collected data into clear and relevant reports.
- Carry out general customer service duties whenever needed.
Requirements
- A diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a client-facing role, ideally in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, clinical trials, or logistics.
- Working knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes; experience with temperature-sensitive or clinical shipments is a plus.
- A strong customer-first mindset with a clear commitment to service quality and ongoing improvement.
- Ability to manage several priorities in a busy environment while staying accurate and detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
