Role Summary
This position is for a TeleSales / Client Engagement Coordinator based in JLT, DMCC, Dubai. The role offers a monthly salary of AED 3,000 to 3,500 and is aimed at candidates who can join immediately. The company is seeking a driven professional with client coordination experience in the UAE market and a background in Business Setup, Accounting, Audit, or Tax Services.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full client journey, including coordination and relationship handling.
- Support both pre-sales and after-sales activities.
- Source potential clients through calls, emails, and networking efforts.
- Work toward closing business and meeting monthly sales goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Deliver responsive customer support and consistent follow-up.
- Work closely with internal teams to help ensure seamless service execution.
Candidate Profile
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience is required.
- Prior exposure to UAE Business Setup, Accounting, Audit, or Tax Services is mandatory.
- Experience in a target-based or sales-focused environment is necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Strong capability in client management and coordination.
- Hands-on experience in lead generation and deal closure.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A confident, proactive, and performance-oriented mindset is expected.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
