This position is with a partner organization represented by Haystack. The opportunity is based in Baden-Württemberg, Germany and focuses on using data to improve visibility and decision-making across logistics and transport operations.

What you will do

Examine operational and commercial metrics such as transport volumes, cost patterns, and lead times to improve clarity in complex supply chains.
Turn raw information into clear reports and dashboards that can be used by both specialist teams and management.
Spot inefficiencies and uncover improvement opportunities throughout the transport chain through structured analysis.
Contribute to or take the lead on digitization and process-improvement initiatives, helping teams make evidence-based choices.
Support business functions by providing reliable data foundations for day-to-day and strategic decisions.

What the employer is looking for

Completed commercial vocational training or a university degree, such as in business administration, logistics, or business informatics.
Some first-hand professional exposure or project experience in data analysis, controlling, or process management.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Prior experience with reporting or business intelligence tools is helpful.
A highly analytical mindset, along with a structured and practical approach to solving problems.
