Role overview

This position supports the secured lending function by building, maintaining, and improving management information reports, dashboards, and performance trackers. The focus is on making reliable data available on time so sales, credit, collections, and product teams can make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain routine MIS reporting for daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews, covering disbursements, lead funnel movement, sourcing efficiency, turnaround time, and productivity measures.
• Monitor business KPIs and service-level commitments across sales, credit, and operations.
• Keep databases updated with a strong focus on accuracy.
• Protect data integrity and ensure consistency across multiple systems such as CRM, LMS, and core platforms.
• Study sales patterns, branch- and geography-wise performance, and insights at the product level.
• Prepare dashboards and presentation material for leadership review meetings.
• Use tools such as Excel macros, Power Query, or Python where relevant to reduce manual effort and automate repeated reporting tasks.
• Work with IT and data teams to improve how data is collected, retrieved, and stored.
• Partner with product, credit, risk, and collections teams to align reporting outputs with business needs.
• Handle ad hoc data requests for planning exercises, audits, and regulatory or compliance-related submissions.
