As part of its expanding work, Prepreneurship is helping launch Beyopaari, Pakistan’s first online directory for traditional bazaars and wholesale markets. The platform aims to make more than 850,000 shopkeepers visible online for the first time and help buyers discover them more easily.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-ground field role for energetic Enumerators who will support bazaar onboarding for Beyopaari. You will visit shops in your assigned market and assist shopkeepers in creating their free digital storefront on the platform.

What You Will Do

• Visit shops in your assigned bazaar or market, such as Shah Alam, Hall Road, Liberty Market, Raja Bazaar, Bolton Market, or other locations depending on your city.
• Introduce the Beyopaari platform to shopkeepers in simple, easy-to-understand language and explain how it can help customers find their business.
• Walk shop owners through the registration process and help them complete the “Open a Shop” form on their own smartphone.
• Gather correct shop information, including the shop name in English and Urdu, category, location, WhatsApp number, and photos.
• Check that each submission meets the Beyopaari quality standards, such as a clear photo, complete description, correct category, and valid contact details, before sending it for review.
• Keep a daily record of shops visited, shops onboarded, and pending cases.
• Share daily and weekly updates with the City Team Lead or Province Manager.
• Represent Beyopaari and Prepreneurship with professionalism, honesty, accuracy, and respectful conduct with shopkeepers.

Compensation

This position is paid on a performance basis. You will earn ₨70 for each shop that is verified, approved by the Beyopaari admin team, and made live on the platform. Payments are released after admin review, which typically takes 1 to 2 days from onboarding. Strong performers may later be considered for Team Lead or City Manager positions, which come with a fixed monthly stipend and team-based incentives. No investment or fee is required at any stage.

Qualifications

Applicants should be comfortable travelling daily within bazaars and markets in their assigned city. They should know how to use a smartphone, WhatsApp, basic photo capture, and simple online forms. Strong Urdu communication is important, and knowledge of the local language is useful where relevant; basic English is an added advantage. Candidates must be confident approaching shopkeepers and explaining the idea politely and clearly. Careful attention to detail is needed to verify information and identify missing or incorrect data. The role also suits self-driven people who can work independently and stay focused on targets. Previous experience in field sales, surveys, canvassing, or door-to-door work is helpful. The minimum age is 18, and intermediate education or above is preferred.

This is a field-based position for multiple cities across Pakistan. The role is centered on helping traditional market shopkeepers go online through Beyopaari, with an emphasis on accurate data collection, professional conduct, and daily market visits.
