Success in the role will depend on staying organised, working ahead of needs, and spotting tasks before they become issues.
Role Requirements
To perform well in this position, you should be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable balancing several priorities at once. The role calls for:
- Prior experience supporting executives or teams, preferably in a professional services or property setting
- Strong precision and care when working with records, data, and documents
- Comfort using multiple software systems and platforms
- Clear professional communication skills for working with both internal colleagues and external contacts
- The ability to think ahead, take initiative, and respond before needs are explicitly raised
- Good time management and the discipline to keep tasks moving with minimal oversight
What You’ll Gain
