About the Role

As an Expansion Manager, you will be a key contributor to Cult Fit’s franchise growth efforts. You will act as the main liaison for franchise partners across South India, helping drive site discovery, align business plans, and coordinate successful center openings while keeping operations and partner relationships on track.

  • Analyze market potential, viability, and competitive landscape for each proposed location.
