Facade Coordinator

Role overview

An established Irish main contractor is hiring a seasoned Façade Coordinator to support delivery on a major landmark construction project in Kildare. This role offers the chance to take responsibility for a demanding façade package on a prominent development with a highly regarded contractor in Ireland.

What you will do

• Oversee façade and building envelope activities from the design stage through to installation
• Manage specialist subcontractors and suppliers involved in the package
• Assess drawings, technical submittals, and design documentation
• Help ensure the façade works meet quality, schedule, and safety targets
• Work closely with project managers, site personnel, consultants, and design teams
• Push the façade package forward until final completion

What the employer is looking for

The right candidate will bring experience from large commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, data centre, or mixed-use projects. A solid understanding of curtain walling, cladding, glazing, and other building envelope systems is essential. Background experience with either a main contractor or a specialist façade contractor is preferred, along with strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
