Field Inspector

About the Role

This is a full-time W-2 position with pay made up of hourly wages, commission, and bonuses. Weekly earnings are stated at $770 to $1,350, and weekly pay is offered. The company is hiring immediately and provides paid training so new team members can start as soon as possible.

The position is field-based in residential neighborhoods. As a Field Inspector, you will identify homes that may qualify for a free roof inspection, speak with homeowners, and arrange inspection appointments for the in-home inspection team. The job is outdoors, active, and centered on face-to-face interaction. You will not be selling roofing directly, and you will not be climbing roofs.

What You’ll Do

• Cover assigned residential neighborhoods on foot
• Introduce yourself and speak with homeowners at their properties
• Carry out simple visual inspections from ground level
• Explain the complimentary roof inspection offering
• Set appointments for the inspection team
• Remain active and work outdoors during the day

Schedule and Work Setup

This is an on-site role with no overnight travel. Availability is required Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and the workweek totals 40 hours. Team transportation is provided from the office.

Compensation and Growth

Pay includes hourly compensation, commission, and performance-based bonuses.
