Finance Administrators

Role overview

We are seeking finance-savvy administrators who have worked with finance tasks either as part of an administration position or in a role specifically focused on accounts. The ideal person will deliver professional, friendly, and efficient support while helping with a range of financial administration activities.

Key areas of support

• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Credit control
• Payroll administration

Additional exposure

• Monitoring incoming receipts and outgoing payments
• Preparing GST returns
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Updating and maintaining journals
• Assisting with budgets, cost centre tracking, and reporting
• Accurate data entry and processing of transactions

About you

To do well in this position, you should have prior experience in a finance-related environment and be comfortable using a finance system such as Xero, MYOB, SAP, or a comparable platform. You will need to juggle multiple tasks, stay composed under pressure, and work independently while staying organised and meeting deadlines. The role may require you to begin working from home if necessary, while remaining flexible to work either remotely or in the office depending on business needs. Temporary workers are currently being onboarded remotely by clients.

Important requirements

You must be a New Zealand citizen or resident, or already hold the legal right to work in New Zealand with a valid visa. References will be requested later in the hiring process, so they should not be included on your CV.
