About the Role

This position takes ownership of financial control across several entities. You will safeguard reporting quality, compliance, and financial governance while guiding a small accounting team. The role is broad and practical, with a strong emphasis on efficient operations as well as ongoing improvements to finance processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Run month-end and year-end close activities across multiple entities
• Manage statutory reporting, audit coordination, and compliance obligations
• Protect the accuracy and reliability of financial reports and the general ledger
• Contribute to finance transformation work, including upgrades to systems and processes
• Lead, coach, and support a small finance team
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to help inform business decisions

About You

• CA qualified with a solid background in technical accounting
• Well versed in month-end close, audit work, and statutory reporting obligations
• Demonstrated people leadership experience with small teams
• Commercially aware with strong stakeholder management capability
• Experience gained in a multinational environment
