The Role

Core Duties

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Work alongside the CEO and senior leaders on commercial decisions
• Manage cash flow and ensure ongoing compliance
• Improve processes, controls, and financial governance

• Lead, coach, and develop a small finance team

• CA or CPA qualification
• Demonstrated experience in a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or similar leadership role
