About the Company
Master of Ceremonies, the team behind Pals and Franky’s, is focused on changing the drinks category through fresh ideas, innovation, and bold creative thinking.
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, highly organised, and self-directed Graphic Designer to own visual output from early concept through to final delivery across ANZ. This is a strong opportunity for a designer who enjoys building original ideas and turning them into high-quality, impactful work.
You will take full ownership of design delivery while partnering with the wider marketing team to produce integrated campaign creative, packaging updates, shopper marketing assets, and experiential brand activations. The role also requires balancing premium creative standards with fast execution, while using modern tools to improve studio efficiency.
If you want to create meaningful visual impact for two leading New Zealand drinks brands, this role could be a great fit.
Creative Execution and Campaign Delivery
- Develop design concepts independently and carry them through to finished artwork, translating briefs into clear and effective visual solutions.
- Produce consistent, high-quality creative across all brand touchpoints, including campaign materials, packaging, retail shopper assets, activations, and social content.
- Create assets for out-of-home advertising, print, and digital campaigns.
- Design retail point-of-sale materials, display graphics, sales tools, and shopper activations.
- Build new packaging concepts and update existing ranges as needed.
- Support brand and event activations through physical branding and experiential design.
- Design static social assets and simple motion content for digital channels.
- Assist the social team with basic content capture, formatting, and asset creation during shoots or day-to-day production.
- Help develop brand guidelines that clearly define execution standards for internal teams and external partners.
Studio Efficiency and Technology
- Manage your workload proactively to ensure creative work is delivered on time and in full across all projects.
- Run the weekly design approvals process to support smooth sign-off and reduce revision cycles.
- Use 3D tools to speed up visual development and create mock-ups for shopper fixtures and packaging routes.
About You
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline, or you bring equivalent hands-on experience.
- You have at least 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in an agency, consumer brand, FMCG, or beverage environment.
- Your portfolio shows strong capability in campaign design, packaging and print, retail shopper marketing, and social layout work.
- You are highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- You have practical experience producing packaging artwork and working with dielines, printers, and production workflows.
- You pay close attention to detail in typography, spacing, alignment, and line quality.
- You can communicate design decisions clearly and confidently propose alternative creative approaches when needed.
- You are well organised and comfortable managing several priorities at once.
- You are able to think conceptually while also handling high-volume rollout work efficiently.
Bonus Experience
- Experience with 3D modelling and AI-assisted rendering.
- Basic motion design or animation skills, along with familiarity with tools such as Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and CapCut.
- Practical experience in on-set content production, or a genuine interest in supporting it.
